Visit our shop to purchase our pure wool products woven on site.

We manufacture traditional Welsh bedspreads, travelling rugs, tweeds and Welsh tapestry by the metre from the raw wool.

Our tweed is tailored into hats, caps, skirts, ladies’ jackets, coats and capes, scarves and bags.

Our Welsh tapestry is made up into throws, cushions, dinner sets, bags, purses and ladies’ capes and coats.

We also stock a wide range of bought in knitwear and accessories in pure wool and other natural fibres plus sheepskin rugs, slippers, gloves, mitts and hats.

You can see our products being woven on a power loom (Monday – Friday) and view the water turbine which powers the mill museum.

Additional machinery in the mill museum such as the carding engines and spinning mules can be viewed April – October (Monday – Friday).

Rag rug making is demonstrated on a Tuesday and hand spinning is demonstrated on Wednesdays and Thursdays (June – October).

Carding engines, spinning mules, warping mill etc.: April – October : Monday – Friday.
Rag rug making/ hand spinning:  Easter week, Spring Bank Holiday week and June – September (Tuesdays – Thursdays).
