Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch orders to you within a maximum period of 3 working days. Small items are sent by Royal Mail First Class post. Larger items are usually sent by DHL. We will e-mail you when the goods are dispatched. Please contact us if you have not received tracking information for your order within 5 working days.

Trefriw Woollen Mills is the trading name for this website owned by Trefriw Woollen Mills Ltd., Main Road, Trefriw, Conwy, LL27 0NQ, U.K. We are a tourist attraction in North Wales and manufacture woven woollen products in our mill museum.

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with any item you have ordered, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days from the date of receiving your goods. You may use our Order Cancellation Form (below) to inform Trefriw Woollen Mills of your decision to cancel your order (print & complete).

Automatic Acknowledgement Of Order: We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receiving your order unless there is a problem in which case we will e-mail you within 3 working days. We will e-mail you with tracking information when the goods are dispatched, using the address supplied as part of your order.
