Delivery Times

UK Carriage

  • We aim to dispatch orders to you within a maximum period of 3 days (Royal Mail First Class for smaller items, DHL for larger items).
  • We will e-mail with tracking information when the goods are dispatched.
  • Please contact us if you have not received tracking information for your order within 5 working days.
  • Please allow plenty of time in the run up to Christmas or if the order is for a special occasion.

Items Out Of Stock

  • If you order an item that is "Out Of Stock", we will email you within 3 working days of receiving your order and inform you when we expect the item to be in stock.
  • If the expected delivery date is not suitable for you - you can cancel your order and we will refund.
