Welsh Bedspread Extra Double

I was bought a double bedspread for a wedding present in 1969. It has been a bedspread, a carpet, a tent floor and countless other things in its 53 years. After all this use and after going in the washing machine on a wool wash it is as good as new. It is now playing at being a rug on our lounge carpet. Wool is best. My aunt who bought me this also bought me a cot blanket in 1973. She would not believe we are still using these lovely treasures which have now become family heirlooms.

Tapestry by the Metre

On her birthday, celebrated this September 30th, my wife received 4 yards of Welsh tapestry woven by your firm. This is just to let you know that she was absolutely thrilled. Because I could not think of what to have made for her using the material, I gave her only the raw X14 fabric. To my surprise, this was precisely the right thing to do. I could not have anticipated that she wanted to have something very special made from the tweed, and that she was going to call upon her Hong Kong tailor to do so. I saved money and made her happier in the process than she otherwise would have been. What could be better than this in relation to a birthday celebration?

Welsh Bedspread Single

Thank you to everyone at Trefriw Woollen Mill. The blanket arrived first thing this morning. It's beautiful and will make a wonderful christening gift for my great-nephew. Welsh Bedspread King Size

I have wanted a full size bedspread for years and boy am I glad that I made the investment in this stunning, high quality one from Trefriw. It really sets the room off (I went for Autumn) and is immaculate. Great communications, too. Am now waiting for delivery of a further item, so will look forward to reviewing that soon.
